NAMEJosh Kennedy

TITLE: Chief User-Experience Officer (Singapore)

ABOUT: Josh is a 24 year-old designer and aspiring developer who thrives on new projects and exciting ideas. He loves beautiful & intuitive designs, and well-crafted beer. When he's not elbow-deep in code or mocking up the latest Roomorama idea, you may find him prancing about Singapore with his wife.

EATThat would probably be a tie between 30 different brewpubs across the continental US, but since I'm forced to pick something from Pittsburgh, I'd have to go with Hofbräuhaus, a modern rendition of a 400-year old traditional German brew house. Excellent food and entertainment, and the freshly-baked pretzels with beer cheese is to die for. If you're into standing on tables and sloshing around a pint with your mates as you sing old German pub songs, you'll fit right in.

SEE: Pittsburgh is a city with a small town feel. It has a vigorous history and strong cultural heritage. Aside from seeing football and hockey games, The Museum of Art and Natural History is a must-see. You might also take a stroll down the Strip District and enjoy some authentic Polish food, homemade pastas and soups, and visit Wholey's fish market for some fresh seafood. In the evening head up to Mount Washington to catch a view of the city skyline (one of the best) and then pop down to Station Square for dining, shopping and nightlife.
