Ko’i Lechi Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup powdered milk

2 cups icing sugar

5 oz. condensed milk

1 tablespoon vanilla essence

1 tablespoon almond essence

2 tablespoons water

1 pinch of salt

A big bowl

Your hands

Imagination

Directions: Mix everything in a big bowl using your hands. If it’s too powdery, add a little water (it will stick to your hands a little). After it turns into a paste, take little pieces and use your imagination to mold these into all kinds of shapes. Get the kids to do this part and you’ll have a fun activity and a great snack. Enjoy!
